Text Box: CDM Regs.(2007) Awareness (Rail) - One Day CDM legislation and its application on Network Rail infrastructure  Introduced with the Regulations and regularly updated with the changing organisation of the industry and the approach to infrastructure maintenance, this course has remained a 'best seller’ for over ten years. The course provides participants with an understanding of the regulations and their application to railway works, the key roles identified in the regulations and the contents of the Health & Safety File.                                                                      100 Basic Principles  - Two Days Our 'benchmark' induction course delivered to over 2000 people. This well established programme was developed in 1994 for Railtrack Major Projects.  Its content has been regularly reviewed and updated in line with the constant change the industry has experienced since then. The objective of this course is to enable delegates to obtain a basic level of knowledge in relation to carrying out engineering work on or near Network Rail’s infrastructure and to demonstrate their understanding by passing a one hour test on the Principles.
